Please explore making custom

Size I purchased medium size, it was big for me, so i wrote to custmercare of Clenare(Delhi), Their response was promt and sent me A Small size, free of cost. The product is good, problem is with size, the Small size was also little big for me, it made my nose & overall face look little distorted, I asked for custom made for my size, unfortunately they don't make custom size. Still a little compromise can be made between looks & Health, So i will go ahead with small size for now.
